**Key Responsibilities**

* Take phone, walk-in, and email orders from customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing

* Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including metal and industrial hardware, to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using cash register and other point-of-sale systems
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, customer service, marketing) preferred
