Harbour and Warehouse Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Harbour and Warehouse Coordinator for wind work in the United States.
Responsibilities of the Harbour and Warehouse Coordinator:
Β Assist the project HSE department regarding harbor site specific issues.
Β Support the Offshore Site team.
Β Management of safety equipment; offshore PPE kits, keeping record of inventory/certification, monitoring service life of PPE.
Β Assist with lifting operations from the quayside.
Β Manage forklift operations onshore and in-warehouse, and organise availability of mobile cranes when needed.
Β Conduct site stock management Β consumables for the building.
Β Manage fuel management and site vehicles management.
Β Complete building, facility, and site boundary safety checks.
Β Monitor and record site utilities.
Β Site office delivery management.
Β Liaise with port authorities, customs, site security company, and local site contractors as required.
Β Data input of all PPE that requires certification.
Β Keep a quarantined area for damaged tools and PPE.
Β Supporting the construction management with ad hoc tasks.
Β Liaise with port waste management contractors.
Β Complete duty outside of normal working hours.
Requirements:
Β 2 yearsΒ experience in a similar position.
Β Experience in using or driving a fork truck.
Β Valid Twic card.
Β Able and willing to work independently.
Β Organised and meticulous individual.
Β Non-expired and non-suspended driving license.
