You'll be part of our Reservations team, working in a fast-paced, remote environment that demands strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work under pressure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries in an efficient, respectful, and accurate manner, assessing their needs and offering solutions and additional products. * Actively listen to customers, quickly identify and own their issues, and proactively seek answers to problems. * Make quality decisions, paying attention to detail, and engage with a global community of customers and partners. * Consistently sell travel-related benefits and promote Visa merchant partner products. * Understand and adhere to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements. * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends. **Essential Qualifications:** * High School diploma, GED, or Secondary School Equivalency. * Must be at least 18 years old. * Authorized to work in the US. * Proficient in navigating electronic applications, emails, texting, and web searches. * Clear, lively, and respectful verbal and written communication using proper language, tone, and elocution. * Strong and committed to maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal fulfillment. * Demonstrates that safety is paramount while handling personal data. **Preferred Qualifications:** * One year of experience working in sales or customer service. * Spanish language fluency. * Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment. **What We Offer:** At arenaflex, we're committed to Investing in the Success of our employees.
