Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist II to join our team! As the frontline support and face of our organization, you'll play a critical role in delivering a positive customer experience, creating value with every customer contact in a cross-functional environment, including 401(k) administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support to employees, employers, and Financial Advisors (FAs) of companies with 401(k) services, resolving their queries and processing requests in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure accurate and timely completion of day-to-day tasks associated with 401(k) plan operation
Document details of customer contacts and actions taken, and proactively identify and resolve potential problems through effective communication
Develop and apply product and process knowledge to anticipate and meet customer service needs, and continually identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, finance, or accounting preferred
401(k) industry knowledge and experience; completion of Employer training (8-week internal course) required
Solid mathematical abilities and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word
Excellent communication, analytical, problem resolution skills, and detail orientation
