3D Artist Generalist - Remote Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled 3D Artist Generalist to join our Research Technical Art Team at Workwarp. As a remote team member, you'll collaborate closely with researchers to invent the future of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). If you're passionate about creating stunning, photorealistic 3D assets and pushing the boundaries of what's possible, we want to hear from you!
Job Summary:
Location: Remote (work from anywhere)
Start Date: Immediate openings available

Key Responsibilities:
Rapidly author complete 3D assets that reach a high level of realism at varying levels of detail
Work with scanned geometry, retopologize geometry, model, and author PBR materials
Set up lighting and rendering to match photographic reference
Collaborate with researchers to bring innovative ideas to life
Required Skills:
Experience producing CG photorealistic environment geometry (e.g., buildings)
Proficiency in Blender and Unreal Engine (preferred)
PBR material authoring experience (Substance Painter/Designer)
Texture authoring and baking
Setting up lighting to match photographic reference
Bonus Skills:
Color matching renders to photographic color space
Houdini experience (nice to have)
Familiarity with USD/GLTF formats
Familiarity with 3D scanning and photogrammetry
