You’re detail oriented, organized and great at juggling a variety of reservations, bookings etc. You love talking with customers, conversing about photo-gear, far-off exotic locations and you’re not afraid to handle a variety of situations.

You are committed to excellence and always game to learn new things. You are experienced, confident and ready to dive in headfirst and get results.
You don’t just hang out & wait for the phone to ring. You’re confident in your ability to communicate with your team & customers and stay on top of lots of moving pieces.

The Job:
This position is responsible for our customer experience. It’s your job to know our trips and processes at a high level to handle customer questions and concerns for our entire portfolio. You are responsible for ensuring our guests have a world-class interaction with our remote office – both before, during & after their photography trips.

You are responsible for ensuring our bookings remain accurate, organized & complete. It is challenging, rewarding & fun.

As a remote team we need someone who’s adaptable and able to work independently.

Can you educate our guests on photo trip experiences? Can you excite, delight & recommend the best trip for each individual? Can you handle challenging guest situations?

The schedule is 8am to 4pm Mountain Time. We are flexible with time-off, however there will be occasional evening & weekend field-line shifts where you are on-call. There will be last minute fires to put out & problems to solve.

But at the end of the day – it’s a super fun & rewarding position & you get to work from home!

Core Responsibilities
• Provide unequaled customer service
• You’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist guests in booking and other process navigation, including transfers and cancellations
• Management of various inboxes to assign non-customer emails to appropriate team members
• Manage employee travel
• Respond to social media comments in coordination with the marketing team

Skills
• 2+ years Customer Service experience in the outdoor adventure travel industry
• Strong knowledge of photography & understanding of lenses, camera bodies & equipment
• Self-starting attitude, ability to manage your own time and start projects and take initiative
• Proven problem solver - ability to think ahead and juggle lots of projects without dropping the ball
• The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously — you get things done, meet deadlines and keep promises
• Insane attention to detail and high standards of organizational quality
• Positive, flexible, solution oriented, and excited to work with a diverse team
• Mature, coachable, and happy doing high-level projects as well as mundane design tasks (there will be a mix of both!)
• Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) — you have a knack for offering constructive feedback, effective delegation, and ensuring everyone on your team is on the same page
