Benefit Verification Specialist

As a Benefit Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely benefit eligibility and coverage information to our members. Responsibilities: Ensure members receive the benefits they are entitled to by verifying eligibility and coverage information. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with members. Maintain accurate records of member benefits. Respond to inquiries from members regarding benefit eligibility and coverage. Collaborate with other departments to ensure members are able to access the best healthcare possible. Assist members in understanding their benefit coverage options. Follow up with members to ensure their benefit needs are met. Follow all policies and procedures related to the verification of benefits.
