Job Description:
As a Grubhub Full-Time Partner Driver, you will be responsible for delivering orders accurately and promptly to our customers. You will be the face of Grubhub and will interact directly with our customers, maintaining high standards of customer service at all times. You will need to be comfortable using our app to accept orders, navigate to pick-up and drop-off locations, and communicate with customers when necessary.
Responsibilities:
1. Carefully handle food and ensure orders are complete before delivery
2. Use the Grubhub Driver app to accept orders and navigate to pick-up and drop-off locations
3. Maintain punctuality and provide excellent customer service
4. Keep vehicle clean and in good working condition
Requirements:
1. Valid driver’s license and insurance
2. Own vehicle (car, bike, scooter, or motorcycle) in good working condition
3. Smartphone with data plan to use the Grubhub Driver app
4. Ability to carry up to 30 pounds
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
Education & Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
2. Previous experience in delivery driving or customer service is a plus
