**Job Description**
As a Grubhub Delivery Driver, your primary role will be to deliver food from local restaurants to customers in a timely manner. Drivers handle orders from various restaurants and ensure that they reach the customers hot and ready to eat. You will serve as the “face” of Grubhub, providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience.
**Responsibilities**
– Accept and manage food delivery orders through the Grubhub platform.
– Navigate your local area, using GPS or other navigation tools, to deliver food orders quickly and efficiently.
– Provide superior customer service to Grubhub customers.
– Manage payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
**Requirements**
– Must be at least 19 years old.
– Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
– Own a smartphone with a working data plan.
– Possess a reliable vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
– Possess a basic understanding of smartphone applications and GPS.
– Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
**Educational Qualifications**
– High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
**Experience**
– Previous experience in delivery driving or customer service is a plus, but not required.
