Schedule: This role is remote with flexible scheduling, but requires some weekly availability during business hours to support outreach to property owners and healthcare partners.

Position Summary/Job Duties: Reliable Residence is a physician-founded startup transforming how healthcare professionals find safe, furnished monthly housing near hospitals.
We’re hiring a Growth & Partnerships Associate to help expand our network of:
Property owners
Apartment complexes
Hospital partners
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the founder and help scale a fast-growing platform.
What you'll do:
Outreach to property owners, landlords, and apartment complexes to onboard listings
Build relationships with hospital systems, residency programs, and recruiters
Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Follow up with leads and guide them through onboarding
Help identify new markets and partnership opportunities
Track outreach and progress in a CRM or spreadsheet
Qualifications: What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills (confident on phone + email)
Comfortable with cold outreach (this is a big part of the role)
Highly organized and self-motivated
Interest in startups or real estate
Bonus:
Sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience
Experience with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools
