Salary Range:
BCaBA: $62,250 - $80,846 (commensurate with experience)
BCBA: $82,450 - $102,820 (commensurate with experience)
Qualifications:
BCBA or BCaBA certification
LBA/LABA Licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine
Job Duties:
Direct supervision of Registered Behavioral Technicians
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments
Develop Individualized Behavior-Change Programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements
Train and develop Registered Behavior Technicians
Data analysis and care coordination with internal and external treatment providers
Clinical supervision and weekly communication with direct care professionals, parents/legal guardians, and other providers
Maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws
