Growth Equity Analyst

We partner with boards, founders, and institutional investors to raise transformational growth capital and build strategic outcomes that accelerate commercialization, strengthen IP moats, and drive market leadership. Role Overview We are seeking a Growth Equity Analyst to join our remote team. The role is designed for students or recent graduates with prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or consulting who are eager to gain hands-on experience in growth-stage investing. Analysts will work directly with TCP partners on live transactions, investor materials, and market diligence across advanced technology sectors. This position offers an entrepreneurial path with performance-based compensation tied to deals sourced or supported.
