They are seeking a highly motivated Growth and Outreach Marketing Specialist to drive student recruitment and brand awareness through digital marketing, lead generation, and community outreach. Responsibilities Create, publish, and manage engaging content across social media platforms to promote programs, events, and college initiatives Plan and execute lead generation activities across digital channels, including landing pages, forms, and follow-up campaigns Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant channels Attend education fairs, open houses, community events, and outreach activities to represent the college and generate prospective student leads Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, including lead volume, campaign results, and conversion trends Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to align marketing activities with enrollment goals Support other marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, website updates, promotional materials, and brand activities Maintain accurate records of leads, campaigns, and outreach efforts using CRM or other tracking tools Develop innovative solutions to help build brand awareness and achieve results Skills Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
