If so, step into the world of the Disney Entertainment Television (DET) and Hulu Creative Marketing Brand & Design team as our next Graphics Producer! In this pivotal role, you’ll orchestrate graphics projects from inception to completion, managing a lively stream of work tickets and transforming requests into clear, actionable specifications. You’ll partner with a spectrum of stakeholders, championing approvals and shepherding deliverables to the finish line - all while ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Consulting closely with operations and design leads, you’ll help refine our workflows, embracing fresh ideas and continuous improvement to keep our creative engine running at its best. Responsibilities Work with DET marketing operations to intake work tickets and ensure requests have accurate specs/instructions. Manage approvals with stakeholders and ensure work is delivered on time. Traffick deliverables back once completed. Consult with Operations to ensure work process is updated with learnings. Work with internal Design leads to maintain and improve upon workflows. Requirements 3+ years of professional design experience working for a Creative Agency or Media Company in the Entertainment industry. Previous experience working in graphics production or project management. Strong verbal / written communication skills. Ability to learn new tools quickly. Experience using Airtable. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in UX/UI. #JConference2025 The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $85,800 to $115,000 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
