Job Overview
We're excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team as a Home Care Aide. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to have full control over your work environment. As a Home Care Aide, you'll play a vital role in supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Follow specific care plans for clients and report on completed tasks, ensuring that their needs are met and their care is coordinated.
Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, with compassion and respect.
Provide or assist with routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry, maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
Transport clients to doctor's offices, grocery stores, and other essential errands, ensuring their mobility and access to necessary services.
Assist clients with self-administration of medications, observing and reporting any changes in their condition.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times, respecting clients' sensitive information and personal boundaries.
Demonstrate regular, predictable, and consistent attendance, with flexibility to meet the needs of our clients and the department.
Adhere to all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements, ensuring compliance and quality care.
Abide by all regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements and Competencies
Essential Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Certified Home Health or Personal Care Aide certification.
Pre-employment physical examination/PPD prior to patient contact.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance if using a car.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Nurturing and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to care for others.
Ability to work with limited supervision, demonstrating independence and self-motivation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow.
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation and Benefits
