About Obinex Obinex is the first fully gamified centralized exchange (CEX), where finance meets game mechanics and NFT-powered experiences. We're building the platform that will redefine how millions of users interact with trading, staking, and digital economies. Our MVP is in development, and we're assembling a global founding team. Now we're looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer who will take ownership of our brand and creative output across all channels. The Role As our Graphic & Motion Designer, you'll shape the visual identity of Obinex and create high-impact content for marketing, branding, and community engagement. Your work will be seen by investors, users, and partners, making you the creative backbone of our storytelling. You'll: β’ Develop and maintain Obinex's brand identity across digital and print. β’ Design graphics for LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and pitch decks. β’ Create motion design and short-form videos for social campaigns. β’ Produce visual assets for NFTs and gamified product demos. β’ Collaborate with Product Designers and Marketing to ensure brand consistency. β’ Contribute creative ideas for campaigns that resonate with both retail and institutional audiences. What will you do? β’ Establish Obinex's visual identity and brand guidelines. β’ Design and animate content for weekly LinkedIn campaigns and newsletters. β’ Create NFT collections and visuals for our gamified staking demo. β’ Support investor-facing materials (pitch decks, presentations, product videos). β’ Experiment with bold creative formats to differentiate Obinex in a crowded fintech/Web3 market. What will you bring? β’ 8+ years of experience in graphic design and motion design. β’ Strong portfolio showing brand identity, digital content, and motion work. β’ Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or similar. β’ Ability to create both static and animated content for social campaigns. β’ Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling. β’ English proficiency. Nice to Have: β’ Experience with Web3, fintech, or gaming brands. β’ Familiarity with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) for advanced motion/visuals. β’ Knowledge of NFT design workflows.
