We are expanding our expert board and looking for an experienced HR Consultant to support evaluation processes and product development. Compensation €30–€50/hour , depending on seniority and methodological experience. Role Overview We are seeking an HR expert who can provide structured, high‑quality advisory on soft‑skills assessment, behavioral evaluation, and competency‑based hiring. For this role, soft‑skills expertise is as critical as hard‑skills expertise : your ability to interpret behavior, identify patterns, and evaluate interpersonal dynamics directly shapes our assessment frameworks. Selection Process • Gamified Soft‑Skills Assessment • Modules measuring cognitive flexibility, communication style, judgment, and behavioral tendencies. • Case‑Based HR Testing • You analyze candidate profiles, identify risks, and provide structured recommendations. • Self‑Pitching • A short structured introduction of your HR philosophy, assessment style, and potential contribution. • Final Interview • Discussion with the founders/methodology team about expertise and long‑term impact. Key Responsibilities • Interpret assessment results and provide clear HR conclusions. • Advise on hiring decisions, competency fit, and candidate potential. • Support refinement of job requirements and evaluation criteria. • Participate in interviews and selection processes. • Ensure fairness and consistency of assessment standards. • Provide expert input on improving methodologies and product functionality. Requirements • 5+ years in HR, recruitment, HR analytics, or organizational psychology. • Strong analytical and behavioral‑interpretation skills. • Experience with HRTech tools and evaluation methodologies. • Interest in gamified learning and behavioral science. • Upper‑Intermediate English or higher. • Ability to work independently and provide structured feedback. Nice to Have • Background in psychometrics or personality assessment. • Experience with competency and soft‑skills scoring frameworks. • Exposure to EdTech/HRTech environments. • Ability to support long‑term talent strategy development.
