Graphic Illustrator - Remote

Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $45 - $50/hr Start Date: 09.01.2025 We are seeking talented and motivated Experiential Graphic Designers to support our client's Art Directors in the development and execution of a large-scale event. This role requires a strong foundation in both print and digital design, as well as a proven ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a keen eye for design and a passion for creating impactful visual materials. Responsibilities Fully remote or hybrid in Boston or NYC (in office 2-3 days per week) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Dates: 9/1/25 to 3/15/26 Support ADs from concept through the production design handoff Min 4 years experience, range of projects across print and digital design (UX/Animation a plus) Has worked with multiple brands to translate their brand guidelines into design assets Polished/big brand-level aesthetic Can communicate an idea with sketches or mockups, found images with minimal guidance Experience building large format graphics to scale a plus Qualifications Strong visual communication skills and a keen eye for design. Experience supporting Experiential events, trade shows, large scale events Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A collaborative and team-oriented approach. A portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity. Required Experience Solid experience in supporting large-scale events, including both print and digital asset creation. Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with experiential marketing companies Knowledge of print production processes. Familiarity with digital design and responsive layouts. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $55.50 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
