Graphic Designer Assistant
About Jeff There are 2 billion people in the world that are financially underserved, having little to no access to financial products. The majority of these people live in the Emerging Markets. Jeff is a financial technology startup that addresses this issue. We build financial product comparison marketplaces that help consumers and financial service providers connect and increase odds of cooperation by the help of available data - largely digital footprint. Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked, with a clear focus on emerging economies that will drive the global economy in decades to come. We are currently looking for a full time Graphic Design Assistant (3 months internship, with possibility of further collaboration) to join our fast-paced and ambitious team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career or looking to gain hands-on experience in a growth-driven environment.You’ll be working closely with our Designer and Marketing team to shape how Jeff is seen across multiple markets. From helping launch high-conversion ad campaigns to polishing visuals for our newest product features – your creativity will have a real, visible impact.
If you're looking for a challenge and the opportunity to participate in building an exciting, global product, then this position is for you! ⚡️ You will:
Adapt existing designs to various formats and channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
Assist in creating website visuals, including page elements and campaign sections, using existing design systems.
Support the production of static and dynamic content such as banners, simple animations, and social media creatives. This role is ideal for someone who:
Is curious, coachable, and ready to learn quickly.
Feels comfortable working with tight deadlines and iterating fast.
Spots design trends easily and brings fresh ideas to the table.
Is skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, Google Slides, and AI tools.
Understands typography, color theory, and visual composition.
Pays close attention to detail and stays organized in a fast-paced environment. Our Values:
