Grant Compliance Manager
Alpine Fit PT is seeking a Grants Compliance Manager to provide strategic oversight of all post-award grant compliance and financial monitoring functions for the Agency. This role ensures compliance with funding requirements and oversees the full post-award lifecycle, collaborating with program leadership and finance to safeguard funding integrity.ResponsibilitiesInterpreting regulatory and contractual requirements (including Uniform Guidance where applicable)Monitoring expenditures for allowability and budget complianceOverseeing preparation and submission of financial and programmatic reportsCoordinating responses to funder monitoring visits and auditsLeading internal compliance reviewsEstablishing monitoring frameworksSupporting audit readinessEnsuring compliant grant closeout processesProviding supervision to compliance, reporting, and billing staffProviding regular compliance updates to executive leadershipSkillsAssociates degree; Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience consideredIn lieu of educational requirements, must have GED/High School Diploma, plus one year's experience in grant complianceMust pass criminal background investigation checkMust pass drug screenMust provide and maintain current TX Driver's LicenseMust provide and maintain clean driving record and annually update driving recordMust provide and maintain current auto liability insuranceMust be authorized to work in the U.SMust be able to lift/carry (40) lbs, and ascend/descend stairs in emergency shelter settingCompany OverviewA Holistic PT and Functional Medicine practice transforming the root cause of your health issue.
