Requirements:

1+ year of experience in customer-facing technical support, preferably in a cloud-based or software industry
Strong technical aptitude, with experience in virtualization, cloud computing, or related technologies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
