The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and be able to leverage its capabilities to streamline data management, analysis, and reporting processes. Duties
ā¢ Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets that support various business functions, including data analysis, reporting, and project management.
ā¢ Create automated workflows using Google Sheets functions and scripts to improve productivity.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into effective spreadsheet solutions.
ā¢ Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices for using Google Sheets and data management techniques.
ā¢ Troubleshoot issues related to spreadsheet functionality and provide solutions in a timely manner.
ā¢ Stay updated on the latest features of Google Sheets and recommend improvements or new tools that can enhance our processes.
Qualifications
ā¢ Proven experience with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
ā¢ Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts is a plus, as it may relate to specific projects or analyses.
ā¢ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
ā¢ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
