Requirements:
Current employment at Google as a Search Engineer (required).
Expertise in search algorithms, ranking signals, indexing, and retrieval.
Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or Go with experience in large-scale systems.
Strong understanding of machine learning, AI, and NLP in search applications.
Experience with distributed systems and big data technologies (e.g., MapReduce, BigQuery, TensorFlow).
Ability to work independently on confidential projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in search personalization and relevance optimization.
Familiarity with search quality metrics and A/B testing methodologies.
Prior work on improving search UX/UI experiences.
