Job Overview
As a Human Resources Consultant at workwarp, you'll play a pivotal role in providing effective remote and on-site consultative support to our clients. You'll strategize and plan for clear HR priorities, help clients think proactively, and execute on business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Provide effective remote and on-site consultative support to clients, driving HR initiatives and business outcomes
Strategize and plan for clear HR priorities, aligning with client objectives and business goals
Help clients think proactively and execute on business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and growth
Develop and create HR products, templates, tools, policies, and documents that meet client needs and industry standards
Regularly check in with clients, fostering strong relationships and trust
Proactively build client Sponsor and executive relationships, driving business growth and expansion
Prepare and be responsible for client action plans, ensuring timely and effective implementation
Support clients as a lead or key contact on HR matters, providing expert guidance and advice
Model behavioral competencies and OneDigital values, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
Proactively learn and promote OneDigital services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

8-10 years of related or equivalent human resources experience, with a proven track record of driving business success through strategic HR solutions
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or a related field
Advanced foundation of HR knowledge, with a deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws
Familiarity with general business management functions, including finance, operations, and marketing
Proven ability to work cross-functionally within an organization, collaborating with stakeholders and teams
A blend of both corporate and consulting experience, with a preference for HR consulting industry background
Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS systems, and video conferencing, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems


Preferred Qualifications
To stand out in this role, you'll ideally have:

SHRM-S/CP and/or HRCI-SPHR certifications, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the HR profession
A consulting firm background or experience in the HR consulting industry, with a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends
A proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic HR solutions
