Responsibilities
Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
Building strong client relationships to maintain our relationship with clients.
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the clients desires
Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand the right path to take with clients and communicate progress
Conversion rate optimization
Send progress reports and do monthly Zoom calls with the client
Onboarding clients.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google... Console, and software like SemRush are crucial knows how to manage a team.
