Account Strategist (Ecommerce Marketing) | Remote LATAM North America

We’re hiring an Account Strategist to own marketing performance across client accounts. This is not a coordination role. You are responsible for how marketing drives revenue. What this role actually looks like You’ll manage accounts end to end across: • Email and SMS (Klaviyo) • Paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google) • Ecommerce performance (Shopify) You’ll run campaigns, test constantly, and improve results over time. You’re not here to “manage tasks.” You’re here to drive revenue. What we care about • Can you identify what’s not working and fix it? • Can you make decisions without waiting for instructions? • Can you manage multiple accounts without things slipping? • Can you turn data into action? What you’ll be responsible for • Driving revenue, ROAS, and retention across accounts • Running full funnel campaigns across email, SMS, and paid media • Building and optimizing Klaviyo flows and campaigns • Managing Meta, TikTok, and Google Shopping ads • Improving conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase rate • Creating and iterating on creatives (Canva or Figma) • Turning performance data into clear next steps Requirements • 2 to 5 years in ecommerce marketing • Strong hands on experience with Klaviyo and paid ads • Experience managing multiple accounts • Shopify experience • Ability to move fast and take ownership Bonus • Music or merch experience • SMS marketing • TikTok Shop • SEO for ecommerce Why Audiction • Real brands with real demand • Focus on revenue, not vanity metrics • High ownership, low bureaucracy Bottom line If you need constant direction, this isn’t for you.
