Google Ad Grant Manager (Contract)
We're searching for a Google Ad Grant Manager (Contractor) who will oversee strategy, implementation, compliance, and optimization of Google Ad Grant accounts for our agency's roster of nonprofit clients. This role is responsible for ensuring grant compliance, increasing qualified traffic, improving donation conversion rates, and aligning search campaigns with broader fundraising strategy. This is a remote 1099 contractor position with a per-account workload model.

Role Overview
This contractor will develop and manage Google Ad Grant strategies that align with each client’s broader marketing and fundraising goals. The role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking to ensure compliance, performance growth, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Google Ad Grant strategies aligned with client goals
• Build, optimize, and manage search campaigns
• Maintain full Google Ad Grant compliance (5%+ CTR, structure requirements)
• Conduct keyword research aligned with donor intent
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager)
• Provide clear monthly performance reporting and insights
• Collaborate with internal paid media and fundraising teams
Qualifications
• 3+ years managing Google Ad Grant accounts
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining grant compliance
• Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising funnels
• Proficiency in Google Ads and GA4
• Analytical, strategic, and self-directed
• U.S.-based applicants only; preference given to candidates in EST time zone
Structure & Compensation
• 5–10 hours per month per account (after onboarding)
• 90-day initial contract with opportunity to continue
• Compensation structured per account or hourly, based on experience

$30 - $50 per hour
