Job Title: GoLang/Python Developer Location: 100% remote 8-9 Yrs of Experience Required Technologies They Will Work With: • Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Fargate/ECS • Engineering: Hands on experience on Golang for building Microservices, Java, Spring Boot, Cassandra, Kafka • Tools: IntelliJ or VS Code, Enterprise GitHub, Postman, Slack, Google Workspace What They'll Do: • Write Golang code for Capital One core platforms for cloud native development • Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community, and from time to time, be asked to code or evaluate code • Collaborate with fellow engineers, product managers and agile deliver leads to deliver robust cloud-based products and platforms that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree • At least 6 years of experience in software engineering • At least 2 years of experience with Golang programing • At least 1 year of experience with public cloud services (Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure) Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree • 7+ years of experience in software development • 4+ years of experience with cloud technologies • 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks • 3+ years of experience designing or architecting distributed systems Apply tot his job
