Role Overview:
As a Global Supplier Expert at Atos, you will own the governance and operational management of strategic supplier relationships within your assigned category. You will lead supplier performance management, governance forums, risk mitigation, and escalation handling, while ensuring contract execution and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with Buyers and internal stakeholders, you will help protect Atos’ interests and deliver value for both the business and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute the Atos supplier management and category strategies for assigned suppliers
Manage a portfolio of Global and/or GEO suppliers based on complexity, criticality, and risk
Lead supplier governance reviews, service reviews, and strategic steering committees
Build strong, trust-based relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Manage supplier performance through SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement actions
Support contract execution governance and provide operational guidance on contractual matters
Identify, manage, and mitigate supplier risks across operational, financial, and compliance dimensions
Register and track supplier-related savings in line with Atos policies
Ensure compliance with Atos standards, ISO certifications, and audit requirements
Maintain accurate and auditable supplier documentation and reporting


Must-have Qualifications / Skills:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience in IT with a focus on supplier management
Hands-on experience managing supplier performance, governance, and operational relationships
Professional proficiency in English
Strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
High level of ownership, proactivity, and accountability
Excellent communication skills, including escalation management
Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills


Good-to-have Qualifications / Skills:

Additional languages are a plus
ITIL 4 Foundation certification (ITIL v3 accepted as legacy)
Experience using AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance supplier management
