Develop an account level strategy targeting opportunities for assigned client.

Research the marketplace and competitor products to highlight the value of Amex GBT products.

Drive strategies to increase revenue and customer behavior at a scalable level.

Build, maintain, and expand relationships with internal business partners across the B2B organization.

Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews, and pricing strategies for strategic accounts.

Ensure sourcing managers and meeting managers meet/exceed client expectations and SLAs.
,
Contribute to content development for client innovation forums and support agenda ideas.
,
Lead global efforts for assigned clients, guiding regional market leads to support client goals.
,
Identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to grow profitability.
,
Develop creative pricing strategies and contribute to ongoing client P&L management.
Requirements
Experience in M&E Operations, including SOP creation and meeting technology knowledge (Cvent).

Deep global M&E subject matter expertise with a track record of driving growth and leading service-focused operations.

Experience handling a P&L.
