The Role: Central Marketing Planning Director As the Central Marketing Planning Director, you will be a key member of our global marketing team, responsible for driving Global Marketing Planning and developing go-to-market strategies that boost brand awareness, thought leadership, and drive valuable leads. You will work closely with our Local Marketing Leads to localize the Global Marketing Plan, ensuring its execution with the highest standards of operational excellence. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including marketing, sales, and strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute clear and dynamic go-to-market and growth strategies with the global Marketing Leadership, Strategy, and local Managing Directors. Lead customer understanding through different methods to evolve customer segmentation and personas, defining clear Jobs To Be Done and KPIs. Translate the Business Strategy into a clear and compelling Marketing Plan, developing campaigns and initiatives that bring it to life. Inspire and lead local marketing teams to execute the global marketing plan on a local level, ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence. Support local marketing teams in developing campaigns and initiatives that complement global marketing efforts. Conduct market research and deep dives to understand industry trends, opportunities, and threats. Define clear KPIs for marketing campaigns and initiatives, tracking results and impact on the business. Streamline campaign delivery, measurement, reporting, and effectiveness. Provide insights to support the Product team in evolving solutions and developing new products. Identify and qualify potential customers and partners within the target market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: Client-side experience in Growth, Marketing, and/or Digital Marketing. A B2B marketing background is helpful but not required. The ability to operate in ambiguity and think like a client, understanding their needs and what will compel them to buy. Strong project management skills, with the ability to push projects forward cross-functionally. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to formulate ideas and support them confidently. A deep understanding of technologies and tools that can drive efficiency. A business mindset, with strong analytical skills. The ability to think innovatively and outside the box, seeking new approaches and solutions.
