Associate Project Manager - West

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling assigned project deliverables while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, all while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities Manage, monitor and control assigned project deliverables, including reviewing project scope with respect to scheduling, resourcing, communications and change management with the assistance of Senior team members Monitor and control assigned project progress, including using change management and escalations to the Principal Project Manager and/or Project Management Office where necessary, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Develop, manage, control and maintain project reporting and documentation Interact and work collaboratively with staff and potential service providers Build strong relationships with all clients Skills Some experience in managing projects Familiarity with project management principles Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to foster strong internal and external relationships A strong customer and team focus A strong sense of professionalism, diligence and an eye for detail, consistently delivering work of a high quality Strong written and spoken communication skills, conveying ideas/decisions effectively Work cohesively and efficiently within a team as well as with other teams Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects AA/AS required Experience with core project management processes such as planning, scheduling, and risk management Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel BS/BA desirable Benefits Flexible work environment Competitive compensation Family first, team oriented, and ever positive atmosphere Company Overview Cyara Customer Experience Assurance Platform.
