As a Tax Associate, you will work within a team to solve complex business problems, focusing on tax compliance and providing client advisory services.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of Canadian and/or US personal income tax returns and related forms/deliverablesResearch and drafting of tax technical memosInteraction with clients to provide advice in relation to tax matters associated with their international employmentEngage with team members to service clients and bring value to their organizationDemonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problemsSkillsPreparation of Canadian and/or US personal income tax returns and related forms/deliverablesResearch and drafting of tax technical memosInteraction with clients to provide advice in relation to tax matters associated with their international employmentEngage with team members to service clients and bring value to their organizationDemonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problemsMinimum Degree Required: Bachelor's DegreeFields of Study: Accounting, Taxation, Economics, Business Administration/Management, International BusinessExposure to Canadian and/or US individual tax knowledgeStrong customer service skills and experience in client facing rolesStrong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure with a proactive attitudeAbility to learn quickly and manage multiple work assignmentsExperience with MS Excel and/or other tools such as AlteryxCompany OverviewVialto is focused on transforming the global mobility ecosystem to support multinational organizations and their employees.
