As a Global Marketplace Strategist & E-commerce Growth Architect, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the 3P market within the USA, directly influencing product selection, pricing strategies, and overall customer satisfaction. Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

Deep Marketplace Expertise: Cultivating a comprehensive understanding of the global marketplace landscape, including seasonal trends, international dynamics, and competitor activities. You will be responsible for continuous monitoring and analysis to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
Strategic Seller Acquisition: Identifying, researching, and proactively engaging high-potential sellers to join our platform. This involves utilizing various channels such as direct outreach, industry events, and compelling presentations to expand our product selection and seller network.
Seller Enablement & Best Practices: Empowering our sellers with actionable insights and best practices in online selling. This includes leveraging data-driven analytics to optimize their product listings, improve delivery performance, enhance customer experience, and achieve their business objectives.
Internal & External Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively partnering with internal teams and external vendors to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both sellers and customers. You will play a key role in fostering strong relationships and driving collaborative solutions.


What You'll Bring to the Table:

Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree is a foundational requirement for this role.
Sales Acumen: 1-3 years of demonstrable success in a sales-oriented environment, ideally within the e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, or FMCG industries.
Results-Oriented Mindset: A proven track record of exceeding targets and achieving key performance indicators through a consultative and solution-focused approach.
Passion for E-commerce: A genuine enthusiasm for promoting new and innovative products to expanding markets.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications is essential.
Adaptability & Resilience: The ability to thrive in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment, demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic approach to challenges and opportunities.
Commercial Judgement: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, coupled with sound commercial judgment.
