Responsibilities:
Lead and manage global HR projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions into HR processes, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Spearhead change management initiatives, fostering a positive and adaptive organizational culture.
Provide leadership in the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR technologies.
Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and enhance project outcomes.
Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in global HR project management and technical project management.
Strong understanding of HR processes and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and other HR technologies.
