I did not want to return to my corporate role after taking a career break as, financially, it just didnt work. I really wanted more flexibility and a work-life balance, so I identified a gap in the market and set up Get Ahead - an outsourcing agency.
I launched the business once my 3rd child started school and I now have over 80 freelance virtual experts working in the agency and 8 franchisees running their own Get Ahead regional offices, all feeling empowered and managing to achieve the work life balance we all deserve.

HOW DOES IT WORK:
As a Get Ahead Partner, you will use networking and social media to build your business, identifying and developing... relationships with individuals and organisations that would benefit from our remote business and marketing services.
Working closely with your clients to understand their needs, you will then put together a virtual team of Get Ahead virtual experts drawn from our team of over 80 approved business associates, each with their own areas of expertise.
With the client work done by the virtual team you will have the time to scale your business, confident in the knowledge there will always be the right support available from your team, so you can keep on working with new and exciting clients as you are not tied to doing the client delivery. It is a WIN WIN all round!
All this for the price of a takeaway coffee a day!
On average, our Regional Partners turn over between £60k and £120k per year and support as many as 20 clients a month.
Most of our Regional Partners work part-time and from home to fit around their families.
