General Virtual Assistant (For Pooling) - Permanent Work From Home

This is a remote position. We are VirtuallyinCredible, a company committed to living and loving life. We started out with just 1 Virtual Assistant, and now we have over a thousand virtual assistants collectively working at home with us. As a General Virtual Assistant, your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing the best customer support and experience to our valued clients. ​ Responsibilities: • Provide customer support and manage client communications • Handle calls and email inquiries • Administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, Work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, email management • Marketing and Social Media Management • Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in doing the day-to-day tasks • Proactively keep him/herself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines. • Complies with VirtuallyinCredible’s set of guidelines in the fulfillment of daily tasks. • Effectively represents VirtuallyinCredible’s core values to anyone within or outside of the company. • Provide data and information to the leadership team as required. • Perform additional/other services that may be required from time to time, which may or may not be related to the primary obligations stated above.
