Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $90,000-$130,000 plus performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations to achieve profit and growth targets.
- Manage budgets, sales, and operational performance.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships for pricing and services.
- Ensure smooth dispatch and workload distribution for technicians.
- Oversee customer satisfaction, ensuring same-day resolution of issues.
- Develop and coach staff, ensuring high standards and team cohesion.
- Monitor job costing, project management, and adherence to safety protocols.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of HVAC experience, including 5+ in management.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong knowledge of job costing, business regulations, and P&L management.
- Experience building motivated teams.
- Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Arizona HVAC License (R-39 or CR-79), EPA 608, and NATE certifications.
