This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at a well-established company going through an exciting transition to employee ownership. What You'll Do: Oversee and coordinate all field and office operations, ensuring crews, subcontractors, and materials are aligned for successful job execution.Manage and support construction crews, site supervisors, and admin staff—motivating through clear expectations, accountability, and a strong presence in the field.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards, handling scheduling, logistics, and safety.Work closely with company leadership and ownership on financial tracking, job costing, resource allocation, and long-term planning.Tackle challenges as they arise on job sites—from supply issues to team conflicts—with a calm and decisive approach.Maintain strong ties with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, representing the company with professionalism and reliability. What We're Looking For: 8-10+ years of experience in construction operations, site supervision, or project management, ideally in residential or light commercial constructionProven ability to manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, and deliver high-quality work on a tight timelineStrong communication skills and a leadership style rooted in trust, accountability, and getting your hands dirty when neededExperience with construction job costing, scheduling, and managing multiple job sites at onceComfortable using basic project management or estimating toolsA mindset focused on results, efficiency, and doing the right thing—especially when no one’s looking
