We are a rapidly growing, family owned Automatic Pool Cover company, seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities
• Entry Level General Laborer to work with an Experienced Technician.
• Assists in servicing existing pool cover and repair problems.
• Assists with installing pool cover on new and existing pools.
Qualifications
• No experience necessary.
• Current MA driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to our facility located in Rochester, MA.
• Good work ethic and self-motivated.
• Experience in the repair industry, construction, automotive, electrical, or HVAC is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
• Typical start time 7AM
• Typical end time 6PM
• Some heavy lifting is required.
• Will be bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking daily.
• Techs will be working outside each day including summer months.
• Willing and able to work 10+ hour days Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays will be required).
• Daily travel and occasional travel to Marthas Vineyard or Nantucket (paid and in a company vehicle)
• Two man crew in fully equipped company vehicle.
