Develop and implement machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions for Netflix's advertising platform. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of the advertising platform. Conduct research and experiments to identify new algorithms and techniques for improving advertising performance. Build and maintain a scalable and efficient infrastructure for machine learning and artificial intelligence processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team. Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize the team's roadmap and deliver solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to develop and deploy machine learning models and systems. Ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of machine learning models and make improvements as needed. Communicate and present complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
