GCP Specialist/Engineer
Job summary We are in need of a GCP Specialist/Engineer who will be responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and management of scalable and secure solutions within the Google Cloud ecosystem. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: • Plan and execute the transition of on-premises or other cloud workloads to GCP using tools like Migration Center or Database Migration Service. • Monitor resource utilization through Cloud Billing and FinOps strategies to minimize cloud expenditure while maintaining performance. • Monitor performance, availability, and costs • Automate infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, Deployment Manager) • Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues • Document architecture and operational procedures Requirements: • GCP certifications (Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, etc.). • Proven experience working with Google Cloud Platform. • Strong knowledge of core GCP services and architecture. • Experience with IAM, networking, and cloud security. • Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar). • Experience with monitoring and logging tools. • Understanding of DevOps and cloud-native best practices.
