Client Technical Support Specialist
SAGE Counseling Inc is seeking a friendly and dependable Client Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with connecting to virtual sessions using Microsoft Teams and the patient portal. The role focuses on helping clients successfully join their scheduled sessions by providing technical guidance and resolving common connectivity issues.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with joining virtual sessions using Microsoft Teams and the patient portalProvide support for common issues such as login problems, audio/video setup, and connection difficultiesHelp clients install or open Microsoft Teams on mobile phones, tablets, or computersGuide users through basic device settings such as enabling microphones, cameras, and permissionsProvide clear step-by-step instructions to users who may not be comfortable with technologyRecord support requests and resolutions in the support ticket systemEscalate technical issues that require advanced troubleshootingAssist with basic pre-session checks when neededSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in customer service, technical support, or a similar support roleComfortable using computers, smartphones, and common applicationsFamiliarity with Microsoft Teams or similar video meeting platformsAbility to follow troubleshooting steps and guide users through themStrong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitudeExperience helping users with mobile devices or video conferencing toolsExperience using a ticketing or helpdesk systemBasic familiarity with Windows or Mac computersCompany OverviewSAGE Counseling offers a range of substance abuse education and treatments, along with domestic violence advising services.
