What you’ll be spending your time on: Managing currency exchange rate (FX) offering process to Payoneer’s global customer base Leading, designing and executing FX Pricing business processes, flows and initiatives cross-company Find technical implementation pathways for new pricing policy changes, and optimize current process design Design and automate manual procedures to improve efficiency for configuration management and data query Conduct business performance review on FX pricing offers, design and manage pricing dial back process for non-performing offers Troubleshooting from investigation to resolution for issues related to FX pricing Own and drive projects to completion in agreement with relevant stakeholders in a cross-departmental function. Develop and document guidelines, processes, procedures, and best practices for FX pricing business processes Is this you? The Payoneers are: Accountable | Adaptable | Collaborative | Communicative | Fast Learners | Independent | Motivated | Problem Solvers | Resilient | Technically Proficient For this role, you have: Bachelor or Master degree in Computing or Finance 3-7 years of working experience in Banking Business Analyst role or equivalent Experience with SQL server and reporting services Professient in business data analysis with excel and VBA Financial market knowledge and experience would be desired Solution mindset with a bias towards looking for operational improvement.
