Part Time, Seasonal - Professional Salesperson
Look for a part-time salesperson who is needed to join our team for the Rochester MN area. This will be outside sales role. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic company. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales and a positive attitude with a knowledge of the home improvement industry. We are seeking individuals who have a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail and business development. We are a professional organization that has been in business 25 years. Responsibilities: · Call, book and follow up on leads which are provided by the company · Run in home appointments, write complete and accurate orders · Become an expert in our product lines as well as our policies and procedures · Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings · Support company goals, plans and commitments · Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales process Negotiate and close sales deals to meet targets, ideal target of 75% closure Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies · Work with management, sales team and installation department to meet sales goals Qualifications: · Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Home Improvement industry · Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software · Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Outstanding customer service skills · Demonstrated business development acumen · Process Improvement involvement/experience If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales, some free time that you would like to make some extra money, a positive attitude and a good work ethic, independent and yet part of a team, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
