Funding Partner / Investment Consultant (Real Estate & Infrastructure)

Job Title Capital Raising / Project Funding Consultant Real Estate & Infrastructure Projects Opportunity Overview We are looking for experienced Funding Consultants / Investment Advisors who can assist in arranging project-based funding for Real Estate and Infrastructure projects in Odisha, UP & WB . The opportunity is ideal for professionals having strong networks with HNIs, investors, family offices, and private funding institutions. Funding will be structured on a project-to-project basis through equity participation, joint ventures, or strategic investment partnerships. This is not secured borrowing, and no asset pledge is involved. Project Funding Requirement • Real Estate Projects: Funding requirement up to 20 Crores • Infrastructure Projects: Funding requirement up to 10 Crores Key Responsibilities • Identify and connect with investors, HNIs, family offices, and funding partners • Arrange project-level equity investment or joint venture participation • Assist in preparation of investment proposals and project presentations • Facilitate investor discussions and funding closure Preferred Profile • Experience in capital raising, project finance, investment advisory, or real estate funding • Strong network with private investors, financial institutions, or funding intermediaries • Independent consultants, funding brokers, and advisors are welcome • Retired professionals from banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions may also apply Engagement Model • Consultant / Advisory Role • Attractive Success Fee based on successful funding closure Professionals with strong investor networks will be preferred
