Join Spear Education in a hybrid technical environment where your expertise will directly support dental professionals in both live and virtual workshop experiences.We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, education-forward setting. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with top-tier faculty, contribute to the production of high-impact digital content, and ensure every course-online or in-person-is flawlessly executed.What You'll Do Be the right hand to faculty during virtual and live hands-on workshopsUpload and manage recorded sessions and course content on our platformModerate digital course discussions and enhance the learning experienceCollaborate with Product and Marketing Teams on digital content deliveryMaintain dental tools and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and arrange repairsManage and reorder clinical supplies to keep our workshops running smoothlyUphold OSHA and HIPAA compliance across all training environmentsSupport the setup, breakdown, and logistics for all in-person coursesAssist with high-volume production of in-house dental models Note: Weekend availability is required due to workshop schedules.• What You Bring 2+ years of experience as a Dental AssistantWeekend and evening availabilityStrong technical aptitude and attention to detailDental Assisting Certification (preferred)Radiography Certification (preferred)Familiarity with OSHA/Infection Control standardsExperience with CEREC and Sidexis (a plus!)Compensation & Perks Hourly range: $22-$27 (depending on experience and qualifications)Full-time role with a full range of comprehensive benefits including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesA collaborative, mission-driven team Why Spear?At Spear Education, we're committed to transforming dental practices and empowering dental professionals through education.Join a company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence-and take pride in helping others achieve clinical success.Ready to be part of something meaningful? and help shape the future of dental education.
