About the Role The Fund & Investment Operations Manager (U.S. Market) will oversee underwriting operations, financial validation, and data integrity across UnlockLand’s U.S. investment and development projects. This role bridges institutional-grade portfolio analytics with our proprietary AI-driven platform — ensuring every project is supervised, simulated, and underwritten with the highest accuracy and transparency. Key Responsibilities • Supervise the underwriting and feasibility review process for projects across major U.S. markets using the UnlockLand AI platform. • Validate financial models, pro formas, and cost assumptions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and accuracy across project data. • Coordinate with data science, acquisitions, and asset management teams to refine automation workflows and improve underwriting precision. • Perform portfolio-level attribution and performance analysis, summarizing capital deployment, returns, and risk exposure across regions. • Oversee data quality and operational integrity, maintaining standardized reporting and audit-ready documentation. • Collaborate with external partners — developers, investors, and institutions — to support due diligence and ensure transparency in underwriting. • Provide market-specific insights into zoning, construction cost trends, and financing structures across key U.S. cities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred. • 3–6 years of experience in investment operations, underwriting, or asset management within the U.S. real estate or financial markets. • Deep understanding of real estate financial modeling, pro forma analysis, and investment reporting standards (e.g., GIPS, NCREIF). • Familiarity with AI or PropTech tools (UnlockLand, ARGUS, Reonomy, CoStar, or similar platforms). • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to accuracy and compliance. • Excellent communication skills to bridge cross-functional teams and investor-facing interactions.
