The Flexologist Role: Key Responsibilities and Expectations As a Flexologist at StretchLab, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients. Your primary focus will be on creating a welcoming and supportive environment, driving client engagement, and fostering a culture of wellness and flexibility. Key responsibilities include: Delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients, tailored to their individual needs and goals Encouraging and motivating clients throughout stretch sessions to help them achieve their full potential Building and maintaining a strong client base through sales, outreach, and exceptional customer service Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking client's weekly recurring appointments Ensuring the safety of clients by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies and safety rules Attending staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments and best practices Assisting Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed Maintaining a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention Cleaning and maintaining all equipment to ensure it's available for client use at any given time Requirements and Qualifications: What We're Looking For To succeed as a Flexologist at StretchLab, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and passion for the fitness industry. We're looking for individuals who: Have a background as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor Possess a fitness certification and have experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients Have a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, and a love for the boutique fitness environment Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients Are reliable, professional, and adhere to our attendance policies Are available to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training Preferred Qualifications: Nice to Have While not essential, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles Knowledge of stretching and flexibility techniques beyond the basics Experience working with diverse client populations and needs A strong social media presence and content creation skills What We Offer: Career Growth, Learning Benefits, and a Vibrant Community At StretchLab, we're committed to your growth and development as a fitness professional.
