Functional Consultant; Manufacturing​/A&D​/ERP​/CRM

Position: Functional Consultant (Manufacturing / A&D / ERP / CRM) Functional Consultant (Manufacturing / A&D / ERP / CRM) We are looking for a Functional Consultant with strong experience in A&D / Manufacturing processes. The role involves implementing Twenty5 and supporting ERP and CRM functions for our client. SAP experience is a strong plus, but core domain expertise is required. This position is client‑facing and requires strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Remote position. Salary: up to $180k/yr. Responsibilities • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Support SAP ERP and CRM processes including configuration, testing, and documentation. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure process alignment. • Lead SIT and UAT activities and manage issue resolution. • Provide day‑to‑day functional support and create process documentation. Qualifications • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and develop insights for process optimization. • Two to five years of functional consulting experience. • Background in Manufacturing and A&D. • Hands‑on experience with SAP systems (ECC or S/4) or CRM systems is a plus. • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, client interaction, and cross‑functional team collaboration. • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Experience with business process improvement, including mapping and redesign. • Knowledge in consulting and the ability to guide clients towards effective solutions.
